Premium Merchant Funding (PMF) is hiring multiple Hoboken based Sales Development Representatives to meet the growing demand for financial services for small businesses! If so, then we are looking to add you to our outstanding sales team. This is an in-office sales-based business, with flexibility and the opportunity to build your own client book!

By joining PMF, you will help businesses and merchants solve their financial needs with crucial services such as payroll, equipment financing, real-estate, term loans, and small business loans. We will give you the tools and mentorship you need to build a pipeline of business, develop client relationships, and get capital into the hands of businesses when they need it to keep the American economy running.

Our team of Business Development Representatives are driven go-getters who earn their cut of the American dream through hard work. They drive new business by initiating connections with potential merchants, and report to team leaders on your progress throughout the day, week & month. You will research, identify, and generate new leads through outbound cold/warm calls, emails, & social strategies. Business Development Representatives field inbound leads and, where possible, close sales for short-sales cycle leads. You will also document client/prospect interactions and information. This is a commission-based role so it is not for everyone. If you think you have what it takes, you too can succeed here as part of the PMF team!

What You Bring

• Strong drive to succeed through learning and growth
• Organized, able to keep deadlines and manage a book of business
• Technologically savvy; comfortable with Google Sheets, PDF editor, and Microsoft Office
• Personable and professional with excellent email and telephone communication skills
• Needs-based approach to selling that helps clients achieve their business goals
• Excellent communication and professional relationship building skills
• Training hours with account managers & closers - Work alongside a team of diverse and hungry entrepreneurs
• Professionals with experience in finance, brokerage, mortgages, marketing and/or cash advance strongly encouraged to apply
• Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $210,000.00 per year

Benefits:
